Recruiting now: Graduate Process Engineer – Malaysia

15th September 2026: RJM International is looking to recruit a graduate engineer to support the RJM Asia-Pacific team, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The position is open to Malaysian nationals with a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Interested candidates should email their CV and covering letter to [email protected]. 

Year In Industry

RJM also administers its own “Year In Industry” (YII) programme. Each summer, RJM takes on one or more Engineering students for a 12 month training scheme. YII engineers have the opportunity to get involved in all of RJM’s projects, including those outside the UK. Many of RJM’s YII students have returned to RJM as full-time employees, following graduation.

The 2027 YII advertisement will be issued before Easter 2027, with interviews taking place during the Easter holidays.

Following their placement year with RJM, candidates must be able to take up a position with the company, following the completion of their final academic year, if they are offered a full time position by RJM , i.e. summer 2028.
