Coal

Coal-fired power generation still has an important role to play today, delivering affordable and reliable baseload power to the grid in Eastern Europe, Turkey, South Africa and across Asia-Pacific, including Australia. RJM is providing a range of products and services to these generators to enable them to optimise performance across every key parameter.

The challenge facing operators of these plants is how to maintain viable and efficient generation as cost-effectively as possible, whilst still meeting tighter emissions limits.

Today, RJM is supporting coal-fired plants across three main areas; Upgrading existing power plants; Converting power plants from coal to gas; and converting power plants to co-fire with biomass or convert fully to 100% biomass firing.
