RJM’s Technical Services Agreements delivering value for generators

As part of three major UK site upgrade projects, RJM has set up TSAs (Technical Services Agreements) to establish an agreed relationship with the customer and provide ongoing operational support. They allow RJM to analyse plant operations using live data and collaboratively develop an agreed plan of works with the operators, resulting in measurable improvements that translate into an increase in performance. In addition, it gives operators the ability to call upon RJM’s expertise at a moment’s notice, without the need for additional procurement and contractual processes, meaning RJM can react to plant issues much more quickly.
